Job Duties

• Perform food processing, packaging, labeling, sorting, and production line duties.
• Assemble, package, and inspect food products while maintaining quality control standards.
• Operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to meet daily production goals.
• Follow all food safety, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), sanitation, HACCP, and workplace safety procedures.
• Load, unload, move, and organize raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
• Assist with production line operations, food packaging, and product preparation.
• Support warehouse and manufacturing operations to ensure production schedules are met.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Identify and report quality or safety concerns to management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food manufacturing, food production, packaging, warehouse, assembly line, or general labor is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable working in hot or warm production environments.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed.
• Strong attendance, reliability, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends when required.
• Commitment to following food safety and quality standards.
