What You’ll Do

• Guide the day’s warehouse plan—assign tasks, align priorities, and keep product moving safely and efficiently.
• Oversee receiving, storage, staging, and transfers with rigorous attention to labeling and organization.
• Support cycle counts and maintain clear, accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate inbound unloading and outbound loading to meet deadlines.
• Coach employees on proper procedures, equipment use, and best practices.
• Reinforce GMPs, sanitation, and safety protocols aligned with OSHA and food safety standards.
• Track attendance, productivity, and work performance; provide direction and support.
• Operate/supervise forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse; ensure PPE is worn and procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other departments on inventory status, order fulfillment, production needs, and staffing.
• Flag and report any safety, quality, product, or inventory issues immediately.
• Follow all company policies and comply with OSHA and food safety requirements.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven warehouse experience; leadership or supervisory exposure preferred.
• Experience in food manufacturing, meat processing, cold storage, or similar settings preferred.
• Ability to work in refrigerated environments and handle products safely.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with fast-changing priorities and a quick pace.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred.
• Dependable, punctual, and collaborative.
• Working knowledge of GMPs and food safety practices is beneficial.

Physical Demands

• Extended standing and walking on the warehouse floor.
• Lifting and moving products and materials as required.
• Regular work in cold/refrigerated conditions.
• Consistent use of required PPE and adherence to all safety procedures.
