One of my best clients is searching for a Production Supervisor for their third shift. Their facility is in Northeast Alabama and in a very rural part of the state. This position will oversee 20 nonunion associates and lead the night shift operation. They are looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment. They are looking for a motivated, bilingual (Spanish/English) Production Supervisor to join their team on 3rd shift and help drive excellence, safety, and efficiency in their meat processing operations.
