Travel Physical Therapist

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | 12-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients across inpatient rehab, acute care, and outpatient rehab settings as needed
• Utilize therapy equipment including Hoyer Lift, Treadmill, Elliptical, and Sci Fit devices during patient treatment
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech Magic and ReDoc/NetHealth EMR systems
• Collaborate effectively with Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and physician teams to coordinate patient care
• Deliver outpatient physical therapy services within a clinic environment open Monday through Friday

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapy experience
• Ability to work across multiple care settings including inpatient rehab, acute care, and outpatient rehab
• Strong collaborative and team-oriented approach to patient care

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient clinic experience
• Experience treating neurological patient populations
