Franklin Family Smiles, P.C. is hiring a part-time Dental Hygienist to support our busy clinical practice in Franklin, MA. The position offers a reliable hourly wage ranging between $52–58/hr based on candidate background.

Dental hygienist

Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly and dedicated part-time Dental Hygienist to join our patient-focused team. This is an excellent clinical role for a qualified practitioner looking for structured weekday hours and a supportive practice culture.
Key Responsibilities: You will deliver gentle preventative oral cleanings, conduct periodontal health assessments, administer local anesthesia when appropriate, and educate patients on proper home care. Maintaining clear clinical notes and adhering to high standards of patient comfort are essential parts of your daily workflow.
Work Schedule: This part-time schedule requires availability on Mondays (8:00 AM–5:00 PM), Fridays (8:00 AM–4:00 PM), and a choice of Tuesday or Wednesday (8:00 AM–5:00 PM). Candidates must possess an active state hygiene license, local anesthesia certification, and current BLS/CPR training. New graduates with proper licensure are encouraged to apply.
